Here is our Sunday track/stair workout.
Jog 1 lap then 100 m lunges, 100 m sprint, 100 m lunges and 100 m sprint again for warm up.
100 m Broad Jump to Burpee
Stair Sprints, walk down X 3
Stair One Leg Jumps right leg, walk down X 2
Stair One Leg Jumps left leg, walk down X 2
Stair Double Leg Jumps and Squat, jog down X3
Stair Sprints up, Jog down X 5
50 Mountain Climbers
10 Elevated Plank Side Knee Tuck (right and left) to Push Up
5 Box Jumps (use stairs)
Repeat 2 more times for a total of 3 rounds.
Jog 100 m, sprint 100 m, jog 100 m, sprint 100 m and finish with walk for cool down and stretch.
