    Warm up and let’s do this!!! Loved this workout!!!
    We did 4 sets 15-20 reps

    1. Elevated Lunges
    2. Fire Walkers X 40 each way
    3. Stiff Legged Deadlift
    4. Bench Glute Squeezes X 20-30
    5. Barbell Bridges
    6. Band Glute Bridges (feet elevated)

    Burn out
    1. Band Kick Backs right side X 50  followed by band Side Kicks X 50
    2. Band Squat to Back Kick X 50
    3. Band Squat to Side Kick X 50
    4. Band Jumping Jacks X 50
