      2. Side Raises 8-10 reps
      3. Upright Row 8-10 reps
      4. Front Raises 8-10 reps
      5. Clean and Press 8-10 reps
      6. Band Cross Over Shoulder Raise 8-10 repsMake sure you use heavy weights. Form is number one so make sure your reps are clean and effective.
      Do this workout as a giant set. 1-6 then rest for 1 min and repeat 2 more times for a total of 3 rounds.
