    Squat Rack Squats 8-10 reps
    Jump Squats 20 reps

    3 rounds

    Squat Rack Step or Box Lunges 8-10 reps
    Squat Jumps 40 reps total

    3 rounds

    Walking Lunges 20
    1 Leg Squats 5/leg

    3 rounds

    Side Step Ups 8-10 reps
    45 Degree Lunges 8-10 reps

    3 rounds

    Bosu Jumps 20 reps
    2 Squat Pulses, 2 Front Lunge pulse, 2 squat pulse to 2 back lunge pulse X 5 each side

    2 rounds or 3
