    Part 3
    5 KB Sumo Squat Jumps
    5 Plank Side to Side Knee Tucks

    10 rounds

    Part 4
    5 Tuck Jumps
    5 T Push Ups

    10 rounds

    Beginners do 2-3 rounds each part
    Advanced 8-10 rounds each part
