• TFit Workout #50 Band Workout

    Warm up before you start this workout.

    We have 4 groups each group has 2 exercises. Everything 50 second work 10 sec rest

    Group #1
    a. Forward/back jumps over the band
    b. Jumping Jacks using the small band (band around your ankle and one in your hand if you want to for extra challenge)
    Repeat one more time faster pace.

    Group #2
    a. Side to side band hops
    b. Fire walkers
    Repeat one more time faster pace.

    Group #3
    a. Back pull (make it challenging by playing with speed, pulsing,…)
    b. Band V step forward 10 back 10 reps
    Repeat one more time faster pace.

    Group #4
    a. Tricep push down
    b. Moving jumping jacks
    Repeat one more time faster pace.

    Bonus move Star Jumps using a band around your ankles and one in your hands. Tabata style 20 sec on 10 sec off 8 rounds and you are done!!!!! Hope you liked it!
