    Today’s workout is all about legs and butt you will love it! Warm up and let’s do this!

    1. One Leg Leg Press 15/leg
    2.One Legged Dead Lift 15/leg
    3. Wall Ball Squats 15 reps
    4. Squats 3 sets of 12-15 reps
    5. Step Up to Kick Back 15/leg superset with Squat to Kick Back using a band around your ankle
    6 Leg Extensions 3 sets of 12-15
    7. Jump Lunge 25 reps superset with Good Mornings 25 reps 4 rounds
    8. Pop Squats 25 reps superset with Band Butt Blasters (Squat to Side Leg Raise band around ankles) 20 reps per side 4 rounds
